The Job:
As Team Manager, you will lead a team of up to eight Floating Support Workers, ensuring the service is delivered to the highest standards. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee housing management processes, and support staff to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining properties, managing referrals, and working with external partners to support residents’ journeys toward independent living.
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the service operates effectively, adheres to professional standards, and continually improves to meet client needs.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals. Experience in housing management, trauma-informed care, and staff supervision is essential.
