Homelessness Team Manager - Floating Support Service

We are seeking a Team Manager to oversee a vital Floating Support Service that provides supported housing for individuals aged 18 and over who have experienced homelessness and rough sleeping. This service helps residents build independent living skills, sustain tenancies, and connect with essential services, including mental health support and addiction recovery programs.

The Job:

As Team Manager, you will lead a team of up to eight Floating Support Workers, ensuring the service is delivered to the highest standards. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee housing management processes, and support staff to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining properties, managing referrals, and working with external partners to support residents’ journeys toward independent living.

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the service operates effectively, adheres to professional standards, and continually improves to meet client needs.
