Provide effective leadership and management to the fostering team

Contribute to strategic planning and service development within fostering services

About You: To be successful, you will need:

Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England
Substantial experience in fostering services
Proven leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policy, and best practice in fostering
