We are looking to recruit a Senior Practitioner in the Looked After Children's Team within Southend. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Senior Practitioner includes:
- Prepare and submit written reports as and when required, including statements and care plans for care proceedings in the Family Proceedings, County and High Courts.
- Pathway Planning
- Attending Adoption Panels
- Standard Case Management
- LAC Reviews
- Section 20 care orders
- Attending Court
- Court Reports
To ideal candidate will have:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DipSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
- Car Driver
