Specialist Project WorkerAre you a Specialist Project Worker who has experiece of supporting individuals experiencing complex needs. This role focuses on delivering trauma-informed care, providing tailored support, and preparing clients for more independent living. You’ll work closely with residents, ensuring their aspirations are at the centre of their support plan, while fostering an empowering, psychologically informed environment.

Benefits:

  • Salary banding: £28,845 - £31,439 DOE
  • Hours of work 37hrs on a rota and will cover some weekends and bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive trauma-informed approaches, guiding residents through support planning and ensuring a personalised service.
  • Mentor and support project workers, sharing best practices in client care.
  • Provide intensive housing management and ensure clients' safety, risk management, and support plans are fully up to date.
  • Collaborate with health services, community organisations, and statutory bodies to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Advocate for residents, helping them access welfare, benefits, and other resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and housing policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals facing complex needs and multiple disadvantages, with a trauma-informed approach (min. 2 years).
  • Proven ability to create co-produced support and risk management plans.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and the barriers faced by those experiencing homelessness.
  • Excellent communication, advisory, and advocacy skills.
