Chartered Surveyor Location: Leigh on Sea, Essex Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (no home working available)

Due to unprecedented new business success, our client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join their team.

You will be required to carry out regular inspections on properties as instructed and oversee Section 20 works. This will include preparation of schedules of work, contracts and report writing.

This role requires you to work closely with the Property Management department and liaise regularly with Property Managers on Section 20 works as well as conducting regular site inspections across various locations nationwide.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Organising and overseeing all Section 20 works including the preparation of schedules of work, contract administration, defect diagnosis and report writing.• Management of external professional consultants and contractors.• Project managing all works updating Property Managers regularly.• Effectively managing budgets and completing projects on time.

Professional skills and accreditation:• High level computer skills, particularly Excel• Previous experience necessary• RICS qualified essential
