About the Role:
In this role, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are serviced, maintained, and tested to the highest standards. Youll carry out both mechanical repairs and MOT tests, ensuring safety and compliance across the board. Youll have the opportunity to use your expertise and make a real impact, with the added potential to progress into a Workshop Manager position as you grow within the company.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Optional every second Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Overtime available

Key Duties:

  • Carry out servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Conduct MOT tests, ensuring all legal and safety requirements are met
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
  • Provide accurate reports on vehicle conditions and recommendations for repairs
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work towards progressing into a Workshop Manager role, overseeing team operations and ensuring workflow efficiency

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Vehicle Mechanic with 5 years of experience
