Salary £38,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on expereince)
Vehicle Technician required to join a growing dealership in Basildon. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing company with a great reputation.
Salary is dependent on experience, entry level starts from £35,000 per annum. However if you come to us with experience, then salaries go up to around £60,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will be a technician currently, you will be practically minded and committed to developing your skillset.
You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles.
Key Duties
- Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
- Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
- Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.
- Participation with in-house and manufacturer based training.
Requirements:
- NVQ/City & Guilds certifications required (Equivalent certifications can be accepted to a level 3 standard).
- Hold a valid UK manual driving license with no more than 3 points
- Ability to provide a friendly customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Flexible and willing to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use the diagnostic equipment
Hours, Pay & Benefits
- £38,000 - £60,000
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays

- Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 18.00 pm, alternate Saturdays 8.00 am - 13.00 pm.
