The Role:
- Deliver engaging Food Technology lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4, exploring the art of cooking, nutrition, and food science.
- Design and implement interactive lessons blending practical kitchen skills with food theory.
- Encourage creativity while helping students develop essential cooking techniques and a deeper understanding of healthy eating.
- Be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking Design and Technology team.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a comparable teaching qualification.
- Prior experience teaching Food Technology in a UK secondary school is beneficial.
- A passion for food education and the ability to inspire students with hands-on learning.
- Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills.
- A firm commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of students.
