We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 360construction recruitment consultant / senior recruitment consultantto develop their own desk with autonomy to make their own business decisions without restrictive KPIs. In this role you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to collaborating with clients and delivering a successful recruitment service.
The role offers opportunities to create and grow your own desk without regional restrictions, develop your own team and expand the division to drive the business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Advertising vacancies
- Conduct interviews, pre-screen candidates
- Understand recruitment needs to deliver exceptional client service
- Manage the recruitment process to create a smooth experience
- Achieve and exceed targets
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment (preferably within construction)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work hybrid whilst still maintaining high service delivery standards
