Immediate Sales Executive wanted!
Location: Purleigh, Chelmsford
Salary: 30,000-40,000 DOE and Uncapped Commission (OTE)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We're looking for a Sales Executive who excels at identifying value, negotiating strong margins, and closing high-ticket deals. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and securing profitable asset purchases from sellers, liquidators, and businesses with surplus stock.
Key Responsibilities for this Sales Executive position:
- Identify and build relationships with businesses, liquidators, and trade sellers
- Proactively source stock through networking, inbound leads, and cold outreach
- Assess asset values and negotiate purchase prices to maximize margins
- Present strong sales pitches to secure profitable resale deals
- Stay updated on asset values, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Identify emerging stock opportunities and pricing strategies
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking potential deals and follow-ups
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics for stock movement
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit targets
- Work autonomously to build and scale your own deal flow
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Executive position:
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within B2B
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a commercially driven mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of asset recovery, liquidation, or surplus stock markets (desirable but not essential)
