IMMEDIATE Temporary Customer Service Administrator required for a company in the outskirts of Chelmsford until Christmas.
A full-time temporary position paying 11.44 per hour and working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9-5.
* TRANSPORT REQUIRED DUE TO LOCATION.
Key responsibilities for this Customer Service Administrator:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensuring safeguarding documentation is accurately prepared and sent to customers when required.
- Liaising between internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining accurate records of communications and approvals via Excel.
- Handling general administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in customer service, with a strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Basic administrative experience, including handling emails, phone calls, and records management.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
