The Role:
As a Financial Reporting Accountant, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, helping to shape and maintain the financial integrity of this ambitious organisation.
Key duties include:
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Audit Management: Manage and support internal and external audits, acting as a key liaison with auditors.
- Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on accounting treatments, regulatory updates, and compliance issues, ensuring the business is always ahead of the curve.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes, driving efficiencies and supporting sustainable growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, advice, and strategic recommendations.

Key Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant
- Strong experience in statutory accounts and a deep understanding of financial reporting standards.
- Solid audit experience, with the ability to manage audits and liaise with external auditors.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
