We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telephone Business Development Manager  to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and developing relationships with a defined panel of accounts. By proactively engaging with target clients, you’ll strengthen partnerships and drive business growth, helping us achieve our ambitious sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and pitches to key decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement business plans to maximize sales performance across a panel of accounts.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client accounts and sales performance.
  • Build trusted partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring ongoing sales growth.
  • Provide insights and solutions to meet customer needs while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Stay informed about market trends and challenges to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain panel growth.
  • Meet call time and outbound call objectives.
  • Deliver compliant sales processes, monitored through regular call reviews.
