Project Administrator - Southport - Temporary - £12.00 per hour
An amazing opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Administrator to join our busy and exciting commercial client, you will be working alongside the Contract Manager based at their head office.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with shopping centres to gather information access, such as parking and permits
- Booking subcontractor accommodations
- Booking skips
- Liaising with subcontractors for updates on jobs
- Placing orders and logging on to Excel
- Booking security for sites
- Extending hire on skips and accommodation if necessary
- Using of Excel for finding and filtering
Hours of work
- Monday to Thursday (8:00am - 4:30pm)
- Friday (8:00am - 3:30pm)
The right individual will be moldable, willing to learn new skills and dedicated to developing within the company.
