They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team liaising with both internal and external customers to resolve day to day queries, following company procedure to minimise bad debt.

Duties & responsibilities
- Monitor customer credit limits and spend and obtain credit reports when required
- Collecting overdue debt and ensuring customer spend is within the credit limits
- Produce reports for overdue accounts to make collection calls, send letters and suspend deliveries.
- Follow company procedures for high-risk customers, change of ownership, closure of a business, Liquidation/ administration.
Skills & Experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Confident and motivated
