- Lead the staff team to provide a high standard of person centred care
- To promote and be an advocate and champion for the service users
- To fulfil all duties as Registered Manager in accordance with the Care Quality Commission and other Registered Care Home compliance regulators
- To manage a team of care staff within a budgeted establishment ensuring appropriate skill mix to maintain the high care standards.
- To coordinate, with support, the Annual Development and Improvement Plan for the Home.
- To report to the Care and Wellbeing Committee and work with its members in developing ideas, initiatives and practices and to share in the monitoring process.
- To undertake any other duties, tasks or projects, as reasonably required by the Registered Care Manager, which are commensurate with the general level of this post.
