Executive Administrator - Requirements
- Experience supporting fee earners in a legal department
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation and planning with the ability to prioritise work
Executive Administrator - Responsibilities
- Effective administration and management of all department files including Matter Opening, ID checks, Matter Closing, Matter Archiving and data updates.
- Diary management: Create and maintain calendars for team events/meetings and travel.
- File management: Open, close, scan and archive files, and update data.
- Compliance: Ensure files comply with regulatory standards and office procedures.
- Management of bill process and interaction with Finance.
- Drafting of documents for clients upon instruction from Fee Earners and under supervision.
- Maintenance and updating of case management system as necessary.
- Telephone management: Handle calls for the team, and ensure messages are passed on accurately and in a timely manner.
