Executive Administrator - Requirements

  • Experience supporting fee earners in a legal department
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisation and planning with the ability to prioritise work

Executive Administrator - Responsibilities

  • Effective administration and management of all department files including Matter Opening, ID checks, Matter Closing, Matter Archiving and data updates.
  • Diary management: Create and maintain calendars for team events/meetings and travel.
  • File management: Open, close, scan and archive files, and update data.
  • Compliance: Ensure files comply with regulatory standards and office procedures.
  • Management of bill process and interaction with Finance.
  • Drafting of documents for clients upon instruction from Fee Earners and under supervision.
  • Maintenance and updating of case management system as necessary.
  • Telephone management: Handle calls for the team, and ensure messages are passed on accurately and in a timely manner.
