The Resourcery Group is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing education Trust based in Sefton, who is seeking a Finance Business Partner (FBP) to join their team. This role will provide strategic and operational financial support to all schools within the Trust, as a key member of the central Trust Finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Offer expert financial guidance and support to schools within the Trust
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions
- Conduct thorough financial analyses to support decision-making processes
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements:
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) or part-qualified
- AAT Qualified
- Prior experience in a similar finance role within the education sector is essentialÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships cross-functionally
- Demonstrable financial analysis capabilities
- Must possess a valid driver's licence and have access to a vehicle for travel to various schools within the Trust
What is on offer?
- Salary: £40,000 - £44,000
- This role is based in Southport with occasional travel to schools within the Trust. On-site work is expected.
