Finance Business Partner- Education

The Resourcery Group is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing education Trust based in Sefton, who is seeking a Finance Business Partner (FBP) to join their team. This role will provide strategic and operational financial support to all schools within the Trust, as a key member of the central Trust Finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert financial guidance and support to schools within the Trust
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses to support decision-making processes
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) or part-qualified
  • AAT Qualified
  • Prior experience in a similar finance role within the education sector is essential 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships cross-functionally
  • Demonstrable financial analysis capabilities
  • Must possess a valid driver's licence and have access to a vehicle for travel to various schools within the Trust

What is on offer?

  • Salary: £40,000 - £44,000
  • This role is based in Southport with occasional travel to schools within the Trust. On-site work is expected.
