B2B Telesales Executive
Do you have experience in business development via cold calling?
Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building strong business relationships? As a B2B Telesales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for:
- Account managing existing clients
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Generating and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Promoting our products/services and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Managing and nurturing client relationships to drive long-term business.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and following up on prospects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A consultative sales approach with a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and the resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Package
- Salary to 35,000 + Commission 15-20% Salary
- Hybrid 1 day per week - 4 in office
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
