Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of 40+ residential blocks, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of common areas.
  • Liaise with Leaseholders, Freeholders, and contractors to address maintenance and operational needs.
  • Prepare service charge budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Lead the Section 20 consultation process for major works, ensuring full legal compliance.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in block leasehold management.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Section 20, health and safety regulations, and the Building Safety Act.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle a busy workload effectively.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: While not essential, ARMA or IRPM qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Other: A valid driver’s license is essential due to the nature of the role.
