Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a passion for human resources, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.

Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings and coordinating interviews through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday.
  • Maintain employee records in the Human Resources Information System and ensure data accuracy through diligent data entry.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Provide administrative support by organising files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Communicate with employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide assistance in resolving issues.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to manage individual tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a simmilar role within human resources is preferred
