Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and private children cases.
- Option to handle publicly funded family law cases, if desired.
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring the highest standard of client care.
- Handle cases from initial instruction through to resolution, maintaining strong client relationships and delivering practical, clear legal guidance.
- Work primarily from the office, with potential for some flexibility.
Requirements:
- Qualified Family Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in handling family law cases.
- Strong experience with private family matters, including divorce, finance, and children-related cases.
- Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a busy caseload effectively.
