Accounts Administrator

Annual Salary: £24,375

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to assist in all aspects of accounting and to support the Accounts Manager when required.

The successful candidate will join a small team and assist in various aspects of accounts and payroll.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Process and maintain day-to-day financial transactions and file supporting documents.
  • Process purchase invoices efficiently and effectively. Reconcile supplier statements, liaise with purchasing department to resolve any queries.
  • Produce monthly customer statements and assist in progressing payments.
  • Input customer sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Reconcile purchase payments and sales receipts.
  • Assist with processing payments/payment runs.
  • Assist in month end accounts.
  • Assist with processing payroll and collating data for submission.
  • Check weekly timesheets for payment and any adjustments.
  • Monitoring holidays, sickness and absences etc.
  • Process end to end payroll using Sage 200.

Package:

  • Monday to Friday work schedule (37.5 hours per week) – 9am to 5pm.
