Accounts Administrator
Annual Salary: £24,375

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to assist in all aspects of accounting and to support the Accounts Manager when required.
The successful candidate will join a small team and assist in various aspects of accounts and payroll.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Process and maintain day-to-day financial transactions and file supporting documents.
- Process purchase invoices efficiently and effectively. Reconcile supplier statements, liaise with purchasing department to resolve any queries.
- Produce monthly customer statements and assist in progressing payments.
- Input customer sales invoices and credit notes.
- Reconcile purchase payments and sales receipts.
- Assist with processing payments/payment runs.
- Assist in month end accounts.
- Assist with processing payroll and collating data for submission.
- Check weekly timesheets for payment and any adjustments.
- Monitoring holidays, sickness and absences etc.
- Process end to end payroll using Sage 200.
Package:
- Monday to Friday work schedule (37.5 hours per week) – 9am to 5pm.

To be considered you must have at least 2 years' experience working within Accounts.
