Tradewind Recruitment is looking for dedicated and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in our SEND schools in Southport and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students with SEND on a day-to-day supply basis
  • Assist with classroom activities, both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Help create a positive learning environment for all students
  • Support teachers in managing behaviour and ensuring student engagement
What We're Looking For:
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential
  • Experience in SEND settings is beneficial, but not required
  • A passion for working with children with additional needs
  • Ability to build positive relationships with staff and students
  • A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
