Main Responsibilities:
  • Attend valuations to expand the company’s lettings portfolio and advise clients on achievable rents.
  • Conduct viewings and showcase properties to potential tenants.
  • Source and develop new business opportunities to grow the portfolio.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, inventories, and ensure legal compliance for all lettings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing regular feedback and updates.
  • Negotiate offers and follow the lettings process through to completion.
  • Work collaboratively with solicitors, contractors, and suppliers to handle any property-related issues.
  • Support the property management team and assist with other tasks as required.
What We Are Looking For:
  • At least two years of experience in a letting’s role, with a proven track record of generating new business.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse demographics.
  • Resilient, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle a varied workload.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and property management systems.
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
