- Attend valuations to expand the company’s lettings portfolio and advise clients on achievable rents.
- Conduct viewings and showcase properties to potential tenants.
- Source and develop new business opportunities to grow the portfolio.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, inventories, and ensure legal compliance for all lettings.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing regular feedback and updates.
- Negotiate offers and follow the lettings process through to completion.
- Work collaboratively with solicitors, contractors, and suppliers to handle any property-related issues.
- Support the property management team and assist with other tasks as required.
- At least two years of experience in a letting’s role, with a proven track record of generating new business.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse demographics.
- Resilient, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle a varied workload.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and property management systems.
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
