We're looking for a skilled and organised Commercial Legal Secretary to join our client in Southsea.

You'll support the legal team with essential admin tasks, document management and client interaction, ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to solicitors.
  • Prepare, proofread and format legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients.
  • Assist with billing and maintain confidentiality.
