CMA is partnering with a long standing client to recruit a Credit Control/ Accounts Receivable Clerk on a temporary to permanent basis. The role will report into the Finance Manager and be responsible for managing the credit control function for the company.Â
What will the Credit Control role involve?
- Prepare and issue invoices, including recurring payments.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure sales ledger invoices are correct and sent out in a timely fashion.
- Handle and resolve customer billing inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
- Monitor payments, manage outstanding balances, and contact customers for overdue payments.
- Set up and maintain direct debit plans.
- Keep accurate records of customer accounts.
- Work with legal representatives on debt collection matters.
- Record and refund deposits as needed.
- Provide auditors with required financial documentation.
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control vacancy:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Can do attitude with a proactive approach.
- Immediately available to start.
- Sage experience would be beneficial but not essential.
