A driven and ambitious candidate is required for a sales negotiator vacancy in an established, expanding , Southsea Estate Agency.Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, the company are highly respected within the area and are looking for a professional and driven individual to be part of their growing team.Some property experience as a sales negotiator is required for this role, or a strong sales background with the desire to transfer skills into the property sector is equally considered. You will be very target focused with the ability to sell and maximise opportunities to continue driving business forward with your team. Duties include:
- Being first point of contact for purchasers and seller, registering them
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Arranging valuations
- Providing feedback to vendors
- Phoning out new properties
