Female PE Teacher Needed in Southsea
Prospero Teaching is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Female PE Teacher to join a school in Southsea. This substantial long-term role will run from Easter 2025 to Easter 2026.
Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a female candidate due to the necessity of accessing the female changing rooms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for physical education and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for students.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not mandatory.
- We are open to speaking with candidates who have a specialism in PE but are unqualified.
Compensation: The pay for this role will range from 120.00 to 223.62 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.

Experience, Training, and Qualifications:
- QTS or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in the UK.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year.
Eligibility:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional child-related references.
