Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced supply chain environment? Do you enjoy coordinating inventory, liaising with international partners, and providing logistical solutions? My client is seeking a talented Procurement & Planning Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Great Yarmouth.

As a Procurement & Planning Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Supply Chain Operations team. This role will offer day-to-day operational tasks and longer-term project work Duties will include;
  • Provide first-line support for internal departments in relation to shipping goods, including pricing information, inventory management, and coordinating shipments to minimise costs
  • Manage dangerous goods and export control queries, while maintaining accurate inventory systems and part numbers
  • Expedite and oversee warehouse inventory, including direct shipments between suppliers and regional warehouses when economically viable
  • Handle administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and maintaining accurate dates in the ERP system
  • Support logistics operations, customs processes, and cover for team members during absences as needed

A knowledge of dangerous goods would be advantageous but experience within Supply Chain/Shipping/Logistics is a must.
