My client are a leading civil engineering contractor operating heavily across infrastructure schemes. They are looking to onboard a site supervisor to help deliver a critical infrastructure and civils scheme being delivered in Cumbria. The scope of works will include FRC works and reinforced concrete structures.

Site supervisor responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and coordinate the work team
  • Allocate daily responsibilities and communicate updates
  • Guarantee all safety and quality measures are met throughout the project
  • Input into the production of Work Package Plans and Risk Assessments
  • Provide suggestions and recommendations for Temporary Works solution
  • Identify potential hazards and proactively implement actions and controls
  • Monitor the performance of plant operators
  • Carry out Safety & Environment Tours.

Site supervisor requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent,
  • CSCS - Gold, White, Black.
  • SSSTS/ SMSTS.
  • First aid.
  • TWS/TWS.
  • Safety critical medical.
  • Previosu experience with highways and or FRC works.
  • Full UK driving licence.
