SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Administrator to join one of our clients based in Newark. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in a thriving and supportive workplace! Experience within a administration role is essential, ideally within a fast-paced business to business organisation. This would be a fantastic role for candidates based in Newark, Grantham, Bingham, East Bridgford, and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a candidate to get started ASAP! Responsibilities: - General office administration. - Support to various departments. - Order processing. - Creation of Purchase orders and communicating with suppliers. - To scan site records and data into relevant project files in Sharepoint. - The monitoring / control of incoming site paperwork via the post and/or App to ensure it is received on time - Compile Detailed Pile Summary sheets from pile records received from each project site. - Assist Operational Staff with compiling a Works Package Plan for each project in advance of issue to the client. - Administration of Pre-start meetings including meeting minutes - To partake positively in training, mentoring and growth strategies for your professional enhancement, and potential - Emailing of electronic records / testing data to customers - following approval. - Creation of documents in WORD, PDF, EXCEL, OUTLOOK - Creation and tracking of Purchase Orders in MS NAV - Dealing directly with suppliers, supplier queries, deliveries to site, supplier set up in Company systems - Providing assistance to Driven Piling team members as and when required. - To assist in preparation of Estimates - Active involvement in tender follow ups and reports to work winning meeting. - Reception cover on a rotating basis to cover breaks and annual leave. - To communicate effectively with your team, senior management colleagues, clients and stakeholder to the business.
