- Managing and supervising the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Coordinating with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any issues.
- Providing technical support and guidance to the facilities team.
- Proven experience in facilities management specifically within Hard FM or within an Engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- A good understanding of CDM and Health and Safety regulations whilst having the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
