 Hard Services / Engineering Manager Newark - Full Time  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hard Services Manager to join our customers dynamic team in Newark, Notts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of all hard services within the facility, ensuring that all systems and equipment are operating efficiently and effectively. You will also be:
  • Managing and supervising the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Coordinating with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any issues.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the facilities team.
 Salary: £45,000 plus overtimeHours: Monday - Friday 0800-1700Benefits: 33days days, private Healthcare, Generous pension contributions plus many more. To be successful, you will need to have: 
  • Proven experience in facilities management specifically within Hard FM or within an Engineering role. 
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems
  • Excellent problem solving skills. 
  • A good understanding of CDM and Health and Safety regulations whilst having the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively. 
 The position is a site based role however, you may be required to travel to other facilities within the contract as required.
