Due to expansion, our award-winning, Newark based client is looking to appoint a driven, enthusiastic and hardworking Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales team on a full time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE

The successful Internal Sales Executive will work with an established customer portfolio to convert a large quantity of warm leads and enquiries. Key responsibilities will include;

  • Utilising an established CRM system to follow up leads
  • Developing a sound understanding of a wide rage of technology and software solutions (training and support provided)
  • Picking up enquiries and warm leads from customers and prospects
  • Proactively follow up a sales pipeline to gain a return on investment from marketing activities and a prospect (lapsed) database
  • Taking and making calls to warm prospects and existing customers
  • Delivering sales against set range of realistic KPI’s
  • Creating quality written communications

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Internal Sales Executive will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Sales Force or similar)
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role ideally in a sales capacity
  • Confident and quick learner with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Desire to succeed and grow in a sale role
  • Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues to a high standard
  • Experience of working within B2B sector
  • Background of achieving targets
