About the Role:As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children. You will lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, manage the curriculum, and maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards.
- Lead and support a team of dedicated early years professionals.
- Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum that fosters children's learning and development.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children, staff, and families.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and nursery policies efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies.
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Level 5 or higher preferred).
- Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education.
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations, EYFS framework, and safeguarding policies.
