We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our award winning Client within a busy and thriving team. This is a full time, permanent position.

THE ROLE

As Business Development Executive your role will involve:

  • Generating opportunities to support the wider sales team and business
  • Gaining excellent knowledge of the products and services available
  • Generating new opportunities from both existing and lapsed customers
  • Relationship building
  • Managing CRM activity and maintaining high standards
  • Ensuring customer growth
THE CANDIDATE

A Business Development Executive candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience of customer relationship building through outbound calling
  • Ability to learn and retain product information
  • IT literature - using CRM systems, tools and social media
  • Understanding of sales and marketing systems

Knowledge and experience of working within Software sales or technology would be advantageous.
