We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Administrator to join our client's team in Newark. This permanent role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Site Manager and Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate data entry into Excel spreadsheets
- General HR administration for 50 site operatives
- Collating and saving induction paperwork
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Providing order updates to customers
- Processing health and safety documentation
- Extensive liaison with head office to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Opportunity to contribute to business process improvements on site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator in a construction or manufacturing environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
