  • Prepare and sand surfaces to ensure a smooth, even finish.
  • Apply primer, paint, stains, and lacquers using spray equipment and hand-finishing techniques.
  • Work with a variety of finishes, including high-gloss, matte, and distressed effects.
  • Match and mix colours to achieve perfect finishes.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency and perfection.
  • Maintain a clean and organised spray booth and finishing area.
  • Work closely with the joinery team to ensure seamless production.
  • Stay up to date with new finishing techniques and materials.
