Our client, based in Newark, Nottinghamshire, is on the lookout for a Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator to become a key member of their award-winning Sales and Customer Service team.

Your role will be all about supporting the sales team to achieve the company’s mission of delivering exceptional customer service. Our client is all about creating a fantastic experience for every customer, so they need someone who shares our commitment to high standards.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound calls—so bring your bright and friendly telephone manner!
  • Enter sales orders accurately into the system across multiple companies (B2C & B2B). They are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot potential issues before they reach the customer.
  • Provide essential admin support to the sales team—strong computer skills are a must, especially in Excel and Word.
  • Respond to customer queries (B2C & B2B) with confidence and clarity.
  • Arrange European shipments and keep our customers up-to-date throughout the process.
  • Stay flexible and adapt quickly, prioritising tasks to ensure our customers always come first. This is a busy, fast-paced office environment, so being a team player with top-notch communication skills is essential
