Diary Manager Executive

Location: Newark Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent

My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Diary Manager Executive to join our client's dynamic team in Newark. This permanent role involves managing the complex schedules of senior executives, ensuring their time is optimally utilised and all appointments are efficiently coordinated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • .Maintain and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of senior executives.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and schedule management.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Prepare and distribute daily schedules and reminders to executives.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a diary management or executive assistant role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
