My client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to Directors to join a team in Newark. This permanent role involves providing comprehensive support to senior directors and line managing a team of three staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to directors, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Line manage a team of three staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and professional development.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparation of agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as required by the directors.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:
