Reporting into the Head of HR, this role is perfect for somebody looking to enter or continue on the L&D career path and help shape the delivery of training to employees.No specific Learning & Development experience? Don't worry! They are open to HR graduates or individuals from a generalist administrative background, and offer excellent internal progression and training! There aren't many roles as exciting as this. The role's responsibilities:
- Coordination of Learning & Development: Manage scheduling, booking, attendance tracking, and coordination of both internal and external training activities.
- Onboarding & Induction Support: Assist with the onboarding process by ensuring new hires receive necessary learning materials and introductions.
- External Provider Liaison: Work with external training providers to arrange courses, manage payments, and maintain CPD records.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Maintain and update LMS, generate training reports, upload content, and ensure courses are up-to-date.
- L&D Support & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for L&D queries, support employees' development, and assist with talent development strategies.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for meetings, manage the L&D inbox, and help with apprenticeship and trainee coordination.
What they're looking for:
- A creative, confident communicator who is passionate about learning & development initiatives.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Previous experience in a learning & development role is advantageous, though not essential.
- Comfortable with ad-hoc travel to London when required for necessary training sessions (around on average once a month).
- Confident at communicating with all stakeholders within a business.
- Someone who is keen to support on the content creation of training workshops and materials.
- Team work: Collaborate effectively with the wider HR efforts and support as and when needed.
