SF are thrilled to be exclusively leading the recruitment for this fantastic opportunity. This is a generalist role where, as the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering full-spectrum HR support to the organisation. Your duties will include managing recruitment, ER, L&D, comp & benefits, creating and developing new policies and procedures. Duties within the role: - Act as 1st point of contact for HR queries - Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures - Assist the SMT with recruitment of their teams - Create and develop a new starter induction process - Support new start documentation - Maintain an employment file for each employee in the business - Oversee TUPE process - inbound & outbound - Maintain records of sickness, absence and holidays - Oversee and manage all employee relations - Support with salary benchmarking & pay reviews - Work closely with the overall business to understand training requirements - Create employee benefits programme Our client is seeking candidates who are CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified and have several years of experience working as an HR Generalist. Experience in a standalone role would be an advantage.
