The Junior Operations Assistant will work closely with the commercial (sales, finance and procurement) and workshop teams to assist with customer communications, order processing and stock management. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Supporting the purchasing department with various tasks
  • Assisting in financial tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting
  • Helping in the warehouse with picking and packing
  • General (warehouse) housekeeping duties
  • Inventory management, including goods-in & goods-out duties and stocktaking
THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Junior Operations Assistant will have a willingness to assist in various departments as needed and have the following skills:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
