Our client is seeking a highly skilled Bench Joiner to join their bespoke manufacturing team, kitchen projects. This role is ideal for an experienced joiner who takes pride in creating high-end projects.

Duties for the role of Bench Joiner:

Manufacture and assemble bespoke units, cabinets, and furniture to exact specifications.
Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and cutting lists.
Use a range of woodworking machinery on solid wood, veneers, MDF, and laminates.
Collaborate with designers and workshop staff to troubleshoot and refine designs.
Mentor junior team members and provide training where necessary.

To be considered for the role the Bench Joiner must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury furniture joinery and a keen eye for detail. Experienced in using woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools is essential as is the ability to read and work from CAD drawings and cutting lists.
