Our client is seeking a highly skilled Bench Joiner to join their bespoke manufacturing team, kitchen projects. This role is ideal for an experienced joiner who takes pride in creating high-end projects.

Duties for the role of Bench Joiner:

  • Manufacture and assemble bespoke units, cabinets, and furniture to exact specifications.
  • Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and cutting lists.
  • Use a range of woodworking machinery on solid wood, veneers, MDF, and laminates.
  • Collaborate with designers and workshop staff to troubleshoot and refine designs.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide training where necessary.

To be considered for the role the Bench Joiner must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury furniture joinery and a keen eye for detail. Experienced in using woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools is essential as is the ability to read and work from CAD drawings and cutting lists.
