Required for a short-term MOD construction project

Project requires a strong Site Manager to oversee the roofing contractors on site

Position will be to cover the site for the duration of the project

Assignment will run from the 24th Feb for 4 weeks

Looking for a Site Manager who can help support the project

Ability to manage all trades and stick to project plan and delivery
-
Will be required to pass an MOD clearance check, hence the lead time of the project
Headline of the Site Manager role

Main scope of the project would be so oversee the lead subcontractor

Level of candidate would be a Site Manager and certainly someone to run the project

Must be able to drive the project plan and meet handover targets
-
Must be strong on health and safety
Your key duties as Site Manager

Ensuring quality working towards quality standards
-
Co-ordinate labour and trades
-
Monitor and support the site build programme and control material levels
-
Work with and assist a supportive team, but on a day today basis you will be the sole main person on the project
Key experiences you should have as Site Manager

Solid work history of delivering construction projects
-
Be a great communicator with the ability to support your site team
Key must have’s you should have as the successful Site Manager
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid At Work Certificate
