This role reports into the Head of People and is instrumental in helping develop and deliver the People strategy, with the goal of delivering a high performing, inclusive culture and a great place to work.
You'll be coaching leaders across the business and building management capability, in order to deliver talented, thriving teams and drive organisational performance forward.
Basic salary circa £55-57,000 some great benefits including generous holiday entitlement and pension, life assurance cover, EAP and staff discounts.
It's a hybrid role in a multi-site organisation, so you'll be doing 2 office days and 3 days at home each week. Sometimes 3 office days, if there's a big project on!
But, the offices you visit will vary in location (I can talk you through this in more detail). There is an annual car allowance of £1,250 to support with your travel costs.
