Sales Administrator – Newark – £25,000Chase & Holland are proud to be working with market leading company going through a period of growth, who are actively seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. This role would suit someone with previous relevant experience who has a positive can-do attitude. You will be joining a friendly team with fantastic progression opportunities. Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Managing new and upgrade orders from point of order, through deliveries, installation, commissioning and site visits
  • Liaising closely with the Production Coordinator, Sales Estimators, Manufacturing team, Engineering and Finance teams to deliver projects
  • Co-ordinating and planning engineers’ diaries
  • Maintaining and updating the project records as required
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients
  • Managing all administration created by your own work
  • Learning, understanding and keeping up to date on industry news, standards and legislation
  • Attending handover, business or client meetings as required
Required skills & experience:
  • Experience of working with technical products
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
  • Strong organisation skills and a good eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
